Digicard ("the App") is a digital business card platform built for BHHS Utah Properties real estate agents. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Business card content: Name, job title, company, phone number, email, website, social media links, and any other information you add to your digital business card.
• Photos and logos: Profile photos and brokerage/personal logos that you upload via your device's camera or photo library.

3. Camera and Photo Library Access

The App requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely for the purpose of uploading profile photos and logos to your digital business card. We do not access your camera or photos for any other purpose. Camera access is optional — you can use the App without granting camera permission.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Create and display your digital business card.
• Generate shareable links, QR codes, and downloadable vCard contact files.
• Authenticate your account and manage access.
• Allow administrators to manage agent accounts and cards.

5. Information Sharing

Your business card information is shared in the following ways:

• Public card page: When you share your card link or QR code, the recipient can view your card information on a public web page.
• vCard downloads: Recipients can download your contact information as a vCard file.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption (bcrypt). We use HTTPS to encrypt data in transit. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and card data for as long as your account is active. If your account is deactivated by an administrator, your data remains stored but is no longer publicly accessible. You may request deletion of your data by contacting your administrator.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and update your business card information at any time through the App or web portal.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Revoke camera or photo library permissions through your device settings at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
